I’m not receiving email notifications

Have you tried checking your email spam folder? If emails from MyCastingFile are being classified as spam, one way to help is to add the email address no-reply@mycastingfile.com to your address book. This way, emails will be delivered to your inbox instead of the spam folder. Here’s how to do that:  http://support2.constantcontact.com/articles/FAQ/2753

If you're a Pro member, make sure you have email notifications enabled. You can do so by visiting your Pro Settings page and scrolling down to the Email Notifications section.
