Why should I update my calendar with my availability?

Setting your availability helps you stand out. It tells casting you are proactive, eager and ready to work. When casting does a search or looks at the people who submitted to an open call, they’ll see you've taken the time to keep your calendar up to date. If you are right for the job, casting will more than likely choose you over someone who has not updated their calendar. Update your calendar regularly, whether you are available or not.
